Annual members can choose between Lite Care (10 visits), and Complete Care (24 visits). Visits can be used flexibly over the course of one year. You can pre-book visits in advance if you like or you can pull time forward and backward as you like. Each visit can be either a single visit (1 hour 45 minutes) or a double visit (3.5 hours). The last 10 minutes of every visit is devoted to clean up and task documentation in the app.
Single visits are best for small, simple tasks, while double visits are ideal for more complex projects with up to six tasks. Additional standard visits of 1 hour 45 minutes can be purchased any time for $200.

Handy Homes covers key areas of your home, including your Kitchen, Bathrooms, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems, Doors, Screens, and Mechanical Systems, such as dryer vent cleaning, water heater flushing, and backup generator maintenance.
Preventive maintenance is performed throughout the year. When it’s time for a visit, members receive a notification in the Handy Homes app to conveniently schedule a day and time that works for you. Most homes require 2–4 home care visits per year which are deducted from your plans allocated visits (see plans)All completed work is logged in your home’s profile, giving you a clear record of what’s been maintained and when.
You set up your Home Care Plan directly in the Handy Homes mobile app. The process takes about two minutes and lets you select the preventive maintenance tasks you want included. Every membership comes with proactive maintenance covering more than 30 home systems—including plumbing, electrical, dryer vents, doors, windows, and more.
You can also add exterior options such as gutter cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, and seasonal services like placing or stowing storm doors and outdoor items.
During your first visit, your HandyPro confirms the details by taking any needed measurements and photos. This finalizes your personalized plan and determines the number of visits required throughout the year.
Your HandyPro will come prepared with basic parts needed for everyday small tasks (nails, basic caulk, etc). If you task requires other parts, you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us research and purchase these on your behalf. If you choose the latter, we’ll add a nominal $10 shopping fee to cover the cost of researching and purchasing parts. This fee is fixed (not a percentage) and charged per visit requiring parts (not per part). For parts more than $100, we will also ask for approval to purchase in the app.

Yes, you can transfer any remaining time on your membership to a new owner of your home, or you can take your membership to a new home if it’s within our service area. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide credit or refunds.
