Tom from Handy Homes was on time and properly fixed and anchored the poles in the master bedroom that were broken. Handy Homes made it very easy to schedule the service. Kayleigh was extremely courteous and provided a text in the morning as a reminder and after the completion followed up to ask if everything turned out ok. My HandyPro was able to efficiently complete a multitude of tasks from clearing gutters, installing light fixtures/ locks/ blinds and painting. He also fixed up lots of things around the house i.e. stuck doors/ stiff handles, slow draining bath, netting on storm door, loose sockets, bathroom caulking and more. I'm looking forward to having AC serviced and some power washing done next. Great service and attitude - highly recommend!
Handy homes service was a life saver. Joe was a pleasure to work with and punctual, knowledgeable and took pride in his craftsmanship. In just a few shorts hours he fixed our dishwasher, hung new lighting fixtures, repaired a broken door and replaced base molding that was water damaged. You will be charged to the nearest minute after the first hour minimum.
Your HandyPro will mark the task as In progress, and it will be completed on your next scheduled visit, or you can call or text us at (866) 837-2050 to find a convenient time. As a member, you get priority scheduling.
Your HandyPro will come prepared with basic parts needed for everyday small tasks such as nails, screws, fasteners, picture hooks, caulk, adhesives, lubricants, sealants, and basic plumbing and electrical parts.
If your task requires other parts, you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us research and purchase these on your behalf. If you choose the latter, we’ll add a nominal $10 shopping fee to cover the cost of researching and purchasing parts. This fee is fixed (not a percentage) and charged per visit requiring parts (not per part). For parts more than $100, we will also ask for approval to purchase in the app.

Although we can handle over 90% of member requests, most of which can be completed in under 2 hours, there are some service that may require a specialist such as a larger multi-day project like a bathroom remodel. Don’t worry, our Homeowner Success Team will make it a stress-free experience!
